Following his participation in the Planetary Health Annual Meeting Malaysia (PHAM) 2024, Venerable Napan Thawornbanjob has been invited to be a panelist in the up-coming official launch of the Sunway Charter. He will speak on the topic “Faith Communities as Catalysts for Planetary Health Action” in a webinar “Faith in Action: Launching the Sunway Charter”, on May 28th, 6.00 PM, Bangkok time.
The charter is an initiative by Sunway University, to harness the power of spiritual leadership in addressing global environmental challenges. Anchored in the principles of stewardship, justice, interconnectedness, and inclusivity, it serves as a call to action for faith communities to actively participate in promoting planetary health, sustainability, and resilience.
This event will provide a platform for meaningful dialogue and partnership-building among leaders across faith communities and the environmental sector.
